Full Moon Energy Balls

  • Blender


  • 100 gr walnuts
  • 4 pc large Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds
  • 2 pc strawberries
  • ΒΌ tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon


  • Cut dates into small pieces and put in a blender with strawberry
    energy balls ingredients
  • Grind the walnuts separately in a blender
  • Mix together dates, walnuts, 1 tablespoon of coconut shreds, salt
  • Make the balls from the mix, and dip them in coconut shreds or cinnamon
  • Put the balls in the freezer for 1h, then move to the fridge for 3 hours
