Now we have 3 days left to Full Moon, I want to share these energy balls, to help you keep up with emotions. Full moon brings disruptive times, our emotions can be brought up into surface and people act different than normally. I like to cook something soothing to myself and others to support the body and mind with energy.
These particular energy balls are my favourite, because you don’t need many ingredients. I like to grab a few in my bag, and have them throughout the day. They are very filling, and I don’t recommend eating too many.
