Hi, I’m Omie, certified health and wellness coach and a passionate plant-based chef, offering health coaching services both online and locally.
From Canada to Costa Rica I’ve assisted many people in cleansing their body, bringing peace to the mind, and rejuvenating the soul. I came from a path of self-healing, changing many bad habits and moving away from a poor lifestyle. It had lead me on a journey of helping and empowering others.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? I look at illness as an indicator as to how and what needs to happen for the body to fully heal.
We will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, heal adrenal fatigue, have glowing skin, balance blood sugar, increasing sleep and manage chronic conditions.
My approach is transformational. It is NOT to dwell on proteins, fats, carbs, and calories.
It is not to create lists of dietary restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Nothing destroys the body and nothing cures the body, it is the body that destroys itself and cures itself. We will work in providing your body with all the tools it needs to do exactly what it wants – to heal. As a result, you’ll develop a better relationship with food, a deeper understanding of lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
